What is your choice? How serious are you about setting up an action plan to begin achieving your goals? Are you willing to do the work? These are just some questions that would be helpful for you to think about. Becoming clear on what your goals are, deciding what you want, and what steps you will take, as well as how long it will take you to achieve these goals is very important. Begin now by looking deep into yourself, and focus on what you really want to achieve, become clear on the goals you want to work with. See them, feel them being accomplished, and then become the reason it was achieved. Take a look at all the main areas in your life you would like to work on Career, Relationships, Well-being, etc, and under each one write down the first thoughts that come to your mind under each category. Begin by writing your goals down in full description, with timescales next to each of them stating when you would like to accomplish each one. Remember start with the smallest goal first, then work your way up to the largest. To make this more real and meaningful jot down next to each goal why you want to achieve this goal? What difference will it make in your life? And how strong is your desire to achieve it? Step Three-

Make a commitment to yourself to prioritize your time. This will help you strategically balance you life better, and you will be in a better position to continuously focus on the important things in your life. A few days after you write your goals down re-read them, are you still feeling motivated to achieve them? If you are great, if not write better reasons why you want to accomplish the goal, or simply remove it from your goals list. You want to focus on only what is really important to you at this time. It is the reason behind the goal that makes us have a deep desire to achieve it, not only the goal itself. When you have goals you truly, deep down want to reach, you are more likely to continue to make it a priority to use your time in the most productive way, with emphasis on taking time to consistently, and actively work on that goal each week. You need to put the goal at hand on your weekly schedule. This will now become part of your new success routine. You need to devise a plan of action to reach your goal. Go ahead; start visualizing all the possibilities, because you are actively working to make them a reality!!!

Step Four-

This will help you see all the greatness your future holds as you continue to reach one goal after another. You may have an occasional setback that is fine. Remember it is how you deal with the obstacles that come your way, that determine whether or not you will succeed with your end result, it is always your choice. It is not the obstacle itself, you can always rise above that. You just have to keep focusing on the end result of success with your goal, and deal with the obstacles as what they are temporary sidetracks. Keep moving forward, nothing can stop you now!!!

Step Five-

Always break your goals down into sub-goals. Be specific about what day you will work on your goal? What you would like to accomplish that week towards achieving the goal? Being specific will continuously give you clarity and direction, along with keeping you focused, as well as giving you that extra little push you may need from time to time.
